Terms and conditions
For rental services with driver, with the exception of transfers, a minimum period of 3 hours of available time applies. For direct extra-urban transfers (without stopping), the fare is calculated based on the cost per kilometre. Pick up services to/from the airports have dedicated rates that can be requested from the info\booking service +39 3343273492.
Private Tours Naples collaborates with other rental companies with driver, with the same standards of quality and efficiency and can make use of these to carry out the services, if it deems it appropriate.
Each passenger can carry with them up to TWO SUITCASES, ANY EXCESS LUGGAGE E.G.: SKIS AND EQUIPMENT MUST BE DECLARED at the time of booking, to avoid the car being unsuitable for such transport.
It remains at the discretion of the drivers to load undeclared bulky objects or excess suitcases or which do not meet the conditions for safe transport onto the vehicles. (broken, dirty, wet suitcases, etc.).
Private Tours Naples undertakes in every reasonable way to ensure that its vehicles or vehicles driven by external collaborators arrive on time for the departure and arrival appointments at the destination. However, it will not be responsible for delays due to causes beyond its control.
The cars are all recently registered and covered by insurance for themselves and for those transported and in compliance with the circulation permits in force in Italy and in E.E.C.
The transport of passengers is entirely covered by the insurance that Private Tours Naples has stipulated for its vehicles with third parties. Passenger property is transported entirely under the responsibility of the passenger who declares ownership upon boarding. Check the correspondence of your luggage upon departure, liability for loss or damage cannot be accepted. ALL OBJECTS TRANSPORTED WILL TRAVEL UNDER YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. If Private Tours Naples is unable to transport for reasons under its control using its own vehicles and the means of external collaborators the passengers(s) to the booked and paid destination, will organize the transfer by external means (TAXI, rental with driver, rental car) and subsequently reimburse the customer the cost of such transport upon presentation of a receipt/invoice. The reimbursement for the transfer cannot exceed the rates in force for the same agreed route. Private Tours Naples may be held responsible for any costs and losses due to delays and errors directly attributable to our expertise, in this case a refund limited to €200.00 per booking will be provided.
Private Tours Naples reserves the right to vary parts (or entirely) of these agreements at any time without giving notice to customers, members, tour operators or agencies.
The customer is obliged to report to us as soon as possible any problems resulting from disservices or shortcomings directly attributable to our work. We will take steps to quickly resolve any inconvenience and loss to the full satisfaction of the customer.
These conditions of transport and all the services connected to them comply with the laws regulating the sale of services in Italy, this guarantees the protection of the passenger and his luggage. Any dispute or controversy regarding the activities carried out between Drivers chauffeur service and the customer will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Naples (Italy).
User behavior during the rental service with driver
Users of the rental service are prohibited from:
• smoking during transport;
• throw objects from both stationary and moving vehicles;
• soil, soil or damage the vehicle;
• demand the transport of pets without having adopted, in agreement with the renter, all useful measures to avoid damage or soiling of the car;
• demand that the transport be carried out in violation of the safety and behavior rules established by the current Highway Code.
Right to cancel the booking of the car rental service with driver and additional services
• The customer can cancel the reservation by writing to us, sending an e-mail to info@privatetournaples.com or by fax.
• Cancellation of the car rental service with driver or complementary services, without penalty, is accepted within 24 hours before the service. Cancellations received within 18 hours before the start of the service will be subject to a penalty equal to 50% of the amount of the service.
• In the event of a canceled flight or a delay of more than 50 minutes at departure, the customer is obliged to notify our reservations number in order to guarantee the presence of one of our staff upon arrival. Failure to send the notice of delay or canceled flight excludes the right to have the car available in the event of a delayed or postponed arrival and will incur a 50% penalty.
